Elastic Mounts – Rubber-Metal Mounts – B
This range of elastic mounts is specially designed for protection from severe vibrations, shock and noise. This equi-frequency compact low-profile mounting is easy to install and combines 3-way control of movement with relatively large deflection in the elastomer.
The elastic mount consists of two parallel metal plates (with a threaded nut bonded) to a bell-shaped rubber inset and of a base plate with mounting lugs. These mounts allow easy fitting.
The steel protection washer supports overloads by increasing the stiffness of the elastic mount and protects the elastomer against hydrocarbon leakage.
These rubber-metal mounts are available in six sizes, and three different hardnesses (45-60-75 Shöre) to accommodate loads ranging from 2 Kg to 1300 Kg.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
NR, high quality elastomer, for the majority. With an operating temperature from -40ºC to +70ºC. Due to the hardness tolerances of the elastomers, the mechanical characteristics of this seriers can differ to those shown in this catalogue.
